Farms across America

Driving through many a rural area, I have always taken note of the farms that dot much of the landscape; the dilapidated old barns, the rusted silos, the dirt encrusted tractors and other farm machinery. Sometimes forgotten or even abandoned, sometimes replaced with newer, shinier and more modern. Still noble, at times majestic, maybe because of the charm of their longevity, but always respectful of the generations of farming families who continue to work diligently through the seasons of planting and harvesting to bring to market the literal fruits of their labour.
