How strange a structure is our Olympic stadium? Just check out the expression and listen to the questions as any unknowing tourist (ours were friends from NY) inquire about this bizarre creature reaching into to the heavens. Even more ridiculous and confusing is when we, who grew up during its construction, try to explain the (non) logic, (non) workings and (yes) controversy that went into building and trying to operate it in the manner it was intended! Still one of the coolest structures on the planet!
